桐乡市首座环绕中心城区的环城绿带，周边用地类型丰富多元。设计以“凤栖梧桐，绿意生活”作为总体概念，将凤凰形态进行抽象地分解与重构后演绎出“城市公园带”、“商街公园带”及“生活公园带”三大轴线，拉接周边商业、办公及居住等多类型空间，是一处边界感消融、焕新桐乡城市记忆的中央绿芯公园。

This is the first greenbelt park at the center of Tongxiang City, connected to diverse city interfaces surrounding it.The design takes "Phoenix - Green HOPSCA" as the overall concept, and interprets the three axes of "Urban Corridor", "Commercial Corridor" and "Lifestyle Corridor".The design successfully blurs the boundary between civic life and parkland, creating a sense of rejuvenation that also reflects the cultural memory of Tongxiang.
